Perfect Gourmet Meal at Purple Crystals Venue. O'dourve: Smoked Salmon Cheese stuffed puff paired with a bubbly Pink Rose'.
Appetizer: Roast Beet, Butternut and Goatscheese Stack drizzled with chive oil, tangy vinegarette and balsamic glaze paired with a oaky Chardonnay.
Main Course: Fillet Mignon with Rosemary Redwine Sauce over a bed of creamy garlic mash served with a bacon Wrapped Greenbean parcel paired with a dark fruity Merlot.
Dessert: Strawberry Infused Panna Cotta drizzled with a berry reduction paired with a sweet and fruity Dessert wine. 15 Mei 2021. Great night!!
