Preparing the table for an Extravagant Biltong Platter.

Client’s brief was Biltong & a sandwich.
Keeping it COVID friendly. We went with:
1. Biltong skewer hanging from a tree

2. Beetroot cracker cream cheese with beef discs & olive as a canapé. Biltong; dates; pretzels 🥨; dragonfruit slice.

3. Savory mix crunch with cream cheese cubes; beef disc; white chocolate sticks

4. Cream cheese with cranberry sauce & biltong pieces

5. Smoked chicken wraps with sweet chilli in a cone.
