Here’s a quick update as a delve into the use of herbal adaptogens. I love the vinegar tincture, but that’s me. You could use oil infusions, smoothies even wine if you’d prefer. Go with your gut. I break my fast on the mix, 2 teaspoons in a glass of water for gut health. In total 5 bottles from my previous mix, each bottle lasts a week. Ashwaganda has done what it’s meant to, it’s hard to quantify but I ran a 32km with very little training and almost no stiffness in the day that followed. I was also quite sensitive to other people in the gym. Gym can be very much like the Roman baths and I am not a Roman (Lebanese/Afrikaans) but my attitude has also improved here, something I didn’t think possible. Going to try an Ashwaganda and Ginkgo combination next. Gingko Biloba has similar qualities to Ashwaganda.
