Little Chef Big Taste was founded in 2010, after receiving a diploma in “Professional Cookery and Kitchen Management” registered with the American Hotel and Lodging Association. I was afforded the opportunity to complete my internship at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Naples, Florida, USA. On completion of a 4 month internship I was requested by management to continue working due to my skills and ex
emplary conduct for which I was nominated for the "5 star nominee". In 2012 Little Chef Big Taste was awarded the contract to operate the canteen at the ER24 head office in Paulshof, Johannesburg, which is still successfully operating. On a daily basis over 100 meals are prepared. The a la carte menu offers full balanced meals as well as a daily specialty which is colourful, tasteful and satisfies all ethnic pallets. In addition to managing the canteen, Little Chef Big Taste is registered on various government department databases, where catering is provided as required.
