The "Braai Master" is a revered position. We are not replacing that tradition, but offering an exciting, interactive experience that brings a global twist to your next gathering.

The core of the Mongolian Braai experience is complete creative control for every guest. Unlike a traditional braai where the "Braai Master" tends the meat, everyone becomes a chef.

Guests select their own fresh meats beef, lamb, chicken and or seafood, a wide array of crisp vegetables, noodles, and flavourful sauces. This ensures no two plates are the same, catering to individual tastes, dietary needs, and appetites.

Our Mongolian braai allows food to be stir-fried quickly over high heat on an individual burner in a single serving pan. This means less waiting around for the coals to be perfect and more time enjoying the party.

The cooking station becomes the new social focal point, much like the fire in a traditional braai.

Guests gather around, chat, and prepare their custom made meal like a skilled chef.

We provide the searing hot cooking station and pans with a spread of top quality, meats, fresh veggies and sauces. Your guests become the 'Braai Masters,' crafting their perfect dish of ingredients and their favourite sauces, then cooking their unique creation to perfection in minutes.
