We worked on a different style of Memorial today, live streamed across the globe to family and friends. Pilot killed in air crash a week ago… and his colleagues put on a display of Planes, Chopper and Bikers in a final tribute. Glad we could reach so many people so far away. We make a huge difference to families in times of stress.

SAB Foundation, my most revered client, held their Tholoana Enterprise Awards. Loads of laughter, cheering and emotions. Even a 360 degree rotary camera kept the party goers rocking. Great to stage such an awesome event again.

Thursday 26th January and the Johannesburg Holocaust and Genocide Centre paid homage to the many many souls who perished in the Holocaust from all over the world.

As the Holocaust Remembrance Day wends it’s way around the world, 8 of our survivors lit candles and Paul Salmons delivered a really exceptional address.
Then of course, the was the ever effervescent Tali Nates…our leading authority on the Holocaust.

A few months ago I was part of a co-production with Nigerian Pastor Jaymz Manuel and my friends at the Soweto Gospel Choir.
We filmed SGC here in Joburg and edited the sequences… leaving holes for Jaymz to add his scenes in Nigeria.

Today he sent me the video. It has had huge successes in Nigeria and Africa.

The song is no 1 on the Nigerian gospel charts and is no 7 on Nigerian iTunes chart (alongside Burn Boy, Whizkid etc).

Great to have been a part of this journey where collaborations are concluded without us having met and only conferred via Whatapp. Truly remarkable!

After 52 days on the rural roads, 11 Rural Provinces, 28 flights and 54 Social Innovation and Disability Projects throughout the country, our “Tour de Afrique” closes down in paradise. What a stunning adventure. And the best was I got to tour with my daughter, Roxanne daily. Life is just awesome!!!

I have had the privilege of working at Kedar Heritage Museum near Rustenburg.
This huge Boer War Collection is probably the biggest and most impressive array in the world.
Then there is Paul Kruger’s farm homestead restored to original condition, Bronkhorst House and a most wonderful game reserve.
Who could not want to spend time at Kedar.
