We have Harvest Platters available at the tasting room until 7 December. Thursdays to Saturdays only.

Booking is essential, and must be booked 24hrs in advance. Before 12:00, the previous day.

Platters includes locally baked bread or vetkoeke, butter, farm preserves and jam, cheese, Dalewood camembert, salami and biltong, seasonal fruit and veggies.

Say hello to a new week!

For those of you who know us well, and have spent a good afternoon on the stoep talking wine and life as we finish a bottle of Petit Verdot together, you'll know that our wine family is small and cosy 🍷

We like to embrace the slow life, appreciate the privilege of living on a farm and being able to work on what we are passionate about. Karén and Pieter have worked hard to get us to where we are today, but have also shown us how to sustain a good work-life balance.

You'll have noticed that our hours have changed slightly recently as we tried to find a footing as to what can work for both us and for you. You'll also notice that some weekends we are closed (or close earlier) for private functions. We are a small team of four Le Rouxs busting out all our moves to make it work - and loving every moment of it.

Recently, our open days have changed from Thursdays to Saturdays (sales and tastings). However, you are always more than welcome to pop us a WhatsApp and find out whether you can visit us during the week - if we are available, we are always happy to pour some wine and tell you our story - and listen to yours 🥂

Take note: Though, we do have our set open hours, we still recommend that you give us a call or send a WhatsApp to book your spot. Especially for groups of six or more.

We will, however, have a limited selection of Mountain Brewing craft beer available to make sure you still get your dose of quality beer.
