Chicken & Cheese Prego Burger 🍔

Recipe is per burger

Cooking with Kim Bagley

Ingredients
2 x chicken fillets per bun
1 tsp Cajun Spice
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tsp chicken spice
Juice of a ¼ lemon
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Minnies prego sauce
1 Tbs Mayonnaise per bun
Sliced Cheese
Tomato
Lettuce
Burger buns

Method

Pound chicken fillets until even.

Mix spices together with lemon juice to make a Marinade

Season chicken with Marinade.
Allow to rest room temperature for 20 minutes.
Add oil to pan and shallow fry chicken fillets on medium heat.
About 6 to 7 minutes on each side depending on the size of the fillets.

Remove chicken and add sliced cheese.

Toast buns in pan.

Assemble burger by adding mayonnaise to base of bun, lettuce tomatoes, chicken with cheese together with sauce.
Add another chicken fillet and top off with lettuce and tomato. 🍔

Serve with fries.

Cassper Nyovest adopted a new born baby that was left by his Mom in the Dustbing, Casper says he was going to the Toilet when he heard this Baby crying for help, when he got there, he saw something moving inside a black plastic bag💔 😥💔. He says he's gonna raise the baby like his own son♥️ and will give him everything he gives his son🥺🙏 God bless Cassper Nyovest 😎
