This was a fun shoot at Cornwall Hill College. Shooting content for their upcoming musical production.

It so good to see schools putting on a proper production instead of the usual dancing to music ensemble. There is so little wholesome entertainment for families these days.

Its been a while since I watched a live sporting event at this level. When you have 4 girls in your household, this is the definition of entertainment. . . and so, taking my camera along was my twist on the family fun . . . but Im not going to lie . . . this was some incredible netball . . . this game between the Gauteng Golden Fireballs vs Gauteng Jaguars had us biting our nails, sitting on the edge of our seats, and suffering from heart failure, from start to finish. If you haven't experienced a game of Netball yet, then the is a good place to start your addiction.

My youngest daughter and I shared a favourite from the Match . . . GA for Fireballs 🔥🔥, but all credit goes to the GS who got voted player of the match

I was so impressed with the level of staff vetting this company goes through to find the "right person for the right job" . . . 2 days of intense "tests" putting their CV's to the test with applied knowledge within their industry scenarios to prove which candidates can really deliver on their promises . . . I wish all companies did interviews like this, competency levels would be throught the roof.

Another incredible event captured for the Vascumed (Pty) Ltd Awards Evening by TGVphoto on behalf of LWG Photo at Candlewoods Boutique Venue in centurion.

The most incredible food I've had at any venue in a very long time . . . Awesome people and great vibes with a South African, homegrown company built locally from the ground up. Proudly South African!!

Im always in awe of the lighting created by a simple 3 light setup. This venue was extremely low lit . .. and with just 2x Godox SA AD200's on either side of the venue, and a V860II on camera for fill/bounce . . . the light was evenly spread every time . . . loving Godox lithium powered flashes . . . they just keep on running all day.

CAUTION ALL PHOTOGRAPHERS & VIDEOGRAPHERS!!

I just received a whatsapp this morning from a man claiming to be "Eric" from cell number 078 393 9449 (see message in screenshot)

When he claimed he didnt have a location address yet, warning bells started ringing . . . how could he have already confirmed a videographer and he still didnt know the location yet?

I decided to physically call the number and speak with this Eric. The first call rang to voicemail, the second was answered by a very confused, broken english spoken man who said that I had called a data sim and I must have the wrong number.

I hung up and searched the web for "Autism South Africa" and called the only number they have listed (a landline) and the lady advised that she knew nothing of an interview or required videography.

Be careful of scams setting you up to ambush you and steal your gear. If it feels suspect, Rather miss a legit job, than provide a charitable donation of goods
