Leopard Tree Lodge is a 4 Star luxury self-catering lodge and is the sister lodge of Leopard Corner Lodge (bed & breakfast lodge). Our lodge has the perfect location in our beautiful St Lucia and is situated on the edge of the forest surrounding St Lucia. This establishment was previously known as Lalapanzi Guest House, but has been under new ownership
as from 01 April 2021 and has since been totaly upgraded and renovated to a 10 apartment luxury 4 star self-catering establishment. Our lodge is named after the biggest Leopard Tree to be found in St Lucia, which is situated at the entrance of the lodge. - Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays: 07:00 am to 18:00 pm
- Check-in time at our Lodge is between 14:00 pm & 18:00 pm. It is important to notify the Lodge Manager of your time of arrival, especially when arriving after 18:00 pm. NO CHECK-IN AFTER 21:00 AS RECEPTION WILL BE CLOSED AND NOBODY WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE LODGE TO HELP YOU WITH CHECK-IN.
- Check-out time: between 07:00 am to 10:00 am. No power failure and water supply issues will be experienced at our Lodge as we are equipped with Solar power, as well as a 54 Kw silent diesel generator and a borehole. OUR APARTMENTS:
*** HORNBILL, KIEWIET & KINGFISHER - (Superior Pool & Forest View Apartments) are situated at the pool area of our lodge. Each of these apartments has an undercover wooden deck seating area, on the edge of the pool. Guests staying in these apartments have the view of the pool, communal braai area, the terrace and the forest on your doorstep. While sitting on the patios of these 3 apartments, our guests will have the opportunity to see Kudu, Bushbuck, Duiker, Warthog, Bush pig, various species of birds, the occasional hyena and leopard and especially our town's hippos grazing the grass on our terrace area at nighttime.
* HORNBILL - (Superior Two Bedroom Apartment with Pool & Forest View) - This apartment sleeps up to 6 persons (maximum 5 adults). The main bedroom forms part of the semi-open plan apartment & is equipped with Twin beds (side-by-side) that can be converted into a King size bed upon request. The apartment also has a Bunk bed that is located towards the lounge area. * KIEWIET - (Superior Double Apartment with Pool & Forest View) - This apartment is a semi-open plan apartment & can sleep up to 2 persons. The apartment is equipped with a Extra length double bed in the main bedroom. The apartment has its own private outside undercover wooden deck patio with a view of the pool, garden, terrace & communal braai area.
* KINGFISHER - (Superior Twin/King Apartment with Pool & Forest View) - This apartment can sleep up to 4 persons (maximum 3 adults). The apartment is an open plan apartment and the main bedroom is equipped with Twin beds (side-by-side) that can be converted into a King size bed upon request. The main bedroom also has a Bunk bed. The apartment has its own private outside undercover wooden deck patio with a view of the pool, garden, terrace & communal braai area.
* LOURIE - (Classic Queen Apartment with Balcony) - This apartment can sleep up to 2 persons. The apartment is an open plan apartment and is equipped with a Queen size bed in the main bedroom. The apartment has an outside undercover wooden deck seating area with a view of the walkway towards the pool, terrace and communal braai area.
