THE BENEFITS OF SENSORY PLAY

Sensory play is essential for the development of babies and toddlers, it helps them explore and understand the world around them through their senses.

Engaging in activities such as playing with textured materials, exploring different scents, and experimenting with various sounds can help stimulate their brain development and enhance their cognitive skills.

As well as aiding in helping to improve their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and language development.

It allows them to express themselves creatively and encourages them to use their imagination.

One thing we have found, that people didn't know - it also has a calming effect on children, helping them regulate their emotions and reduce stress.
