When Wayne returned to SA he helped open a few fine dining restaurants, a cooking school and consulted too many other food operations. He then started Chef Knows Best corporate catering During this time Chef Wayne competed in cooking competitions and was a contestant on a cooking Show SA Chopped which he won and became SA Chopped Champion.
