🎄 Cucumber Christmas Tree Sandwiches 🎄

How cute are these little cucumber ribbon trees?! A festive twist on the classic sandwich that’s sure to bring some holiday cheer to your table! 🥒✨

What you'll need:

✅1/2 cup cream cheese
✅1 tbsp chopped dill
✅1 tbsp chopped chives
✅1-2 tbsp lemon juice
✅Salt and pepper to taste
✅White bread slices
✅English cucumber

Directions:

1. Mix cream cheese, dill, chives, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create your filling.
2. Use a round cookie cutter to cut out circle bread slices.
3. Pipe the cream cheese filling onto one bread slice and top with another to form a sandwich.
4. For the Christmas tree ribbons: Use a vegetable peeler to cut thin cucumber slices, fold them into a tree shape, and secure with a toothpick.

We service the greater Gauteng region through a fresh and modern approach to all our client needs!! Wayne Burgin ( Executive Chef) Studies at IHS Hotel School before spent many years in some of South Africa’s top five star hotels and a five star train the Rovos Rail, then broadened his horizons by working in the UK at the Dorchester Hotel in London and working as a culinary chef on a private island the Scilly isles. When Wayne returned to SA he helped open a few fine dining restaurants, a cooking school and consulted too many other food operations. He then started Chef Knows Best corporate catering During this time Chef Wayne competed in cooking competitions and was a contestant on a cooking Show SA Chopped which he won and became SA Chopped Champion.
