We are creating a safe, healing space where those seeking to regain balance and connection on a physical, mental and emotional level are assisted through various alternative and natural treatments such as detoxification, nutrition, homeopathy, life coaching, energy healing and body work. The Well-Being Sanctuary will be a gathering space where healers can meet and practice their various modalities.

Following a holistic approach, we believe in supporting everyone involved in the Well-Being Sanctuary to become empowered, independent and to ultimately thrive. EDUCATION AND EVENTS

We are creating a platform where healers, trainers, facilitators and practitioners can come to offer their conferences, retreats, workshops, classes and treatments. Guests and Volunteers will also be able to learn by participating in our projects such as the permaculture gardens or natural horsemanship. ARTS

Our facilities will include spaces where artists can get back in touch with their creativity, give performances, display art works and facilitate healing through art.

Wherever we can, we support the local artists and artisans. SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND SUSTAINABILITY

We are currently clearing the land including removing invasive plant species. The clearings are used in the compost heaps for our organic, permaculture and aquaponics gardens and for stocking up on our fire wood. We currently live off rain water and will be filling our dams soon with river water as well as from our spring. HORSES AND FARM ANIMALS

The Well-Being Sanctuary has 5 horses, some rescued. We offer natural horsemanship lessons and gentle, walking outrides through our property and the neighbouring forests.

Apart from our dog Apollo, and cats Luna and Nova, the farm often hears the cries of the resident fish eagles and sees other birds of prey, buck, rooikat, monkeys and baboons as well as chickens and rabbits. CONNECT WITH US

Our 40 hectare lifestyle farm is situated close to Sedgefield in the Garden Route of South Africa with spectacular views stretching over 2.5 km on the scenic Swartvlei Lake’s edge. The WBS is a very special place. The sort of place you never want to leave and always want to return to.

I felt into doing a little video series as part of my invitation for you to join us at the beautiful luxurious retreat in March when we will be journeying with the Feminine.

What intuitive nourishment is for me, is leaning into my discomfort with my breath.

The breath is very nourishing to my system, and the element of air has been supporting me and connecting me to my life force in the darker, tougher, denser moments…. and yes, I do feel those.

Instead of needing to return to a comfort zone, or a relaxed state, I journey with the lessons in life by ensuring that I am fully resourced and supported, instead of falling into one of my old patterns of “I must do it alone…”

The Well-Being Sanctuary was created by a collective of like-minded and conscious beings, pooling our hearts, skills and resources to co-create and build our dream and vision of a self-sustaining, natural health, healing and personal development retreat center, dedicated to the transformation of human consciousness.
