We had the pleasure of doing 5 STAR Hotel & Restaurant standard table settings and dining room etiquette with a group of young ladies attending Nico Malan High School in Humansdorp. We also enjoyed celebrating them as young ladies and tomorrow's leading women.

They were also taken on a tour by the Hotel Manager, Restaurant and Kitchen Manager as well as the House Keeping and administration staff of Humansdorp Hotel also known as "Palm Inn Hotel".

This was an exclusive arranged day tour for these potential learners interested in the Hospitality, Hotel, Tourism and Culinary Industry.

It takes ALOT to be away from everything you love, everything you are accustomed, family and your friends.
