Guquka (meaning revolve or change) A fitness, sports and wellness brand founded and lived through by 23 year old Nthabiseng Mokoena. Bringing about change through sports and exercise is what the brand aims to achieve and by doing so Nthabiseng changes lives through physical exercise; sports development training and community activities such as sports tournaments, fitness festivals and wellness events. In August, we’ve selected 5 female participants to join the Guquka fitness challenge. We are excited and look forward to an exciting and empowering experience 👑 Guquka! - remember the name.
