Trust me to get to home and bake when I'm supposed to be resting.... . . . . BLUEBERRY SCONES RECIPE Ingredients: 500g margarine 1-1/2 Cup sugar 8 Cups flour 8 Teaspoon baking powder 1 Teaspoon bicarbonate of soda 1 Teaspoon lemon zest (I used a few drops of lemon paste instead) 1 Cup fresh blueberries 4 Large eggs 1-1/2 Cup amasi 1 Tablespoon vanilla essence METHOD: Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl Add margarine and use your hands to rub it into the dry ingredients Beat eggs with vanilla essence, mix in the amasi Knead till all ingredients are nicely combined Roll and cut as desired on a lightly floured surface Brush the tops with egg-wash Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes #lifeofabaker #bakinginlimpopo #bakingrecipe #bakingschoolinsoweto #bakingclassesinsoweto #startabakingbusiness #onlinebakingclass #khutjocakesnforks #0735632546
