A local artists gets booked on an event with big stars, they promote like they're the owners of the event. you see the poster on their feeds almost everyday. One might even think that artist got paid for promoting the event.

Then they get booked on local events you see nothing like that. You have to beg them to promote the event. Yes, it's not the artists duty to promote an event for you as an organizer, but treat everyone, with the same attitude and dedication.
