Our Front of House Team recently took a stroll on the TRAILS at Blue Gum. We spent a morning reflecting on the History of the Estate, the Past, the Present & the Future - most importantly visiting the CORE Values & the HEART space of the Farm.
This Wonderful Team who MEET & GREET our guests are a group of admirable Women. Familliar to some - Margaret, Lita, Charlin & Sharmen are LOCAL Stanfordians, full of smiles, s***k and eagerness to Learn & GROW.

Despite the Stormy Weather we have been BUSY Bees on Blue Gum Estate. Campbells Café hosted a Colour Therapy Group this past week with a special Vegetarian MENU, a 60th Birthday Celebration all weekend & an Educational workshop. The Meals were lovingly created by our expanding Team always ready for a new Challenge & embracing any opportunities to Learn & GROW.

Once upon a time in ancient China, young Bo-Bo, a mischievous swine-herd's son, had an accidental encounter with culinary greatness. In a fiery mishap, that left his father's house and barn in ashes, nine newborn pigs found themselves transformed into sizzling roast pork.
Fate played a smoky prank on Bo-Bo, turning chaos into crispy deliciousness. And thus, the legend of Bo-Bo, the unintentional roast pork innovator, was born. Life's surprises can be both fiery and flavorsome!
