โข Guest Relations: Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, handle inquiries, and provide insights into the best experiences at Sunset Farm and beyond.
โข Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with the housekeeping, maintenance and food & beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery and assist with room assignments and reservations.
โข Administrative Duties: Manage the switchboard, handle bookings, help with preparing guest invoices, and assist with check-outs efficiently.
โข Quality Control: Ensure rooms are in pristine condition and reflect the high standards of the historical farmstead.
What weโre looking for:
โข Previous experience in a hospitality role is a plus.
โข Strong customer service skills.
โข Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
โข Acute attention to detail.
โข The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
โข Comfortable with basic computer applications and hotel management software.
โข Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays when needed.

Welcome and check-in guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel immediately at home.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with promptness and courtesy, striving to exceed their expectations.
Provide detailed information about Sunset Farmโs services, amenities, and the local area, helping guests to make the most of their stay.

Liaise effectively with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, etc.) to ensure guest requests and needs are met seamlessly.
Assist with room assignments, ensuring that guest preferences are taken into account wherever possible.
Maintain clear and open communication with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.
Administrative Duties:
Answer incoming calls, manage the switchboard, and take messages accurately, ensuring they are relayed to the appropriate person or department.
Manage bookings and reservations, updating the system with any changes or special requirements.
Assist in the preparation of guest invoices and manage the check-out process efficiently.
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ:
Conduct room checks prior to guest arrivals and after departures to ensure that rooms are in pristine condition and that no damage or breakages have occurred.
