How many blondes does it take to host a Johnman concert?

We’ve all heard the jokes: the well-meaning blonde who goes about solving problems in her unique (and mostly inefficient) way. From changing light bulbs to reinterpreting basic instructions, blondes have been given a bad rap over the years, a reputation that local blondes Zelmarie Barnard (soprano) and Anja van der Westhuizen (piano) hope to challenge. Presenting an array of opera, lieder and folk repertoire, this blonde duo is reclaiming the blonde stereotype – showing us that blondes are much more than their ‘blonde moments’.

Come laugh with us, cry with us, and enjoy an evening of entertainment as we show you that blondes really do have more fun!
