Vetkoek & curried beef mince, snoek & cinnamon honey sweet potato, koe’sisters, beef bobotie & Tumeric rice with raisins, malva pudding, lamb bunny chow, milktart, krummelpap with chakalaka sauce. Ostrich (classified as red meat), is healthier than beef, and delicious when cooked rare-medium. You can eat it raw as carpaccio or steak tartare. Here it is served with creamy smooth potato mash, roasted leeks, garlic & onion, fresh asparagus, cabbage crumbs and powder. 🌿
