A LIVING LEGACY
Established in 1694, Knorhoek is one of Stellenbosch’s oldest farms, with a legacy rooted in generations of family farming and winemaking. Previously owned by the Beyers and Van Niekerk families, the farm has long been a place of heritage and cultivation. Beneath the Simonsberg mountains, Knorhoek once bordered wilderness where the now-extinct Cape lion roamed.
Today, it carries forward centuries of tradition with a deep respect for the land’s natural and cultural history.
