We condemn and discourage the attitude of those who are being used for personal reasons to try and discredit Touching Life Programme and we not taking it lightly as we informed of such behaviour

Touching Life Music Festival started in 2022 as a festival, in 2023 we included artists workshops, from proceedings of 2023 we donated a house to a needy family in Lephepane Village

2024 we included soccer tournament, aerobics, local artists competition, house handover and continued with artists workshops, which shows the growth of the programme and investment we injecting into Greater Tzaneen Community

The total investment of Touching Life Programme is around R2Million that we are fully funding ourselves as Touching Life under SAYM Organisation and investing it into Greater Tzaneen Community

The event has happened in just 2 weeks where all processes are now underway as far as reconciling the entire event, meeting with partners, stakeholders and Computicket payments processes to finalize the entire programme and its budget

At the present moment Touching Life has already processed invoices that are over R1.5Million towards service providers participated in the programme and still processing remaining invoices.

Touching life and SAYM management has took a courtesy call to engage jointly the affected individuals to give clarity as into what were the constraints that led to the delay of payments and we also agreed on effective communication as we prepare to close this matter ASAP after our events reconciliation and we are proud to say the touching life music festival was a success because of all the body’s and providers that made an effort towards this initiative.

Other payments processed and paid in full are Soccer Tournament, House handover and local artists bottom 7

Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated as we work through these processes, let’s not agree to be used for personal reasons as this will definitely ruins relationships and opportunities meant for other local artists, local service providers, partners, stakeholders and sponsors in the future as there are those who are indeed benefiting from Touching Life Programme every year we host

Touching Life Programme was introduced to change lives of our people on the ground and we have never exploited any individuals or companies we have worked with previously and it will not start now

We are always open for suggestions and ideas from the local citizens of (GTM) to better the event in the future and to continue to have a conjusive relationship with all stealkholders and our supporters.

With all said Touching Life and SAYM Management committing to close all outstanding invoices within 14 working days as of tomorrow.

Touching Life Arts & Culture Workshops took place @ Lenyenye Community Hall on the 9th May ‘24

Number of local artists within Greater Tzaneen attended the workshops, focus has always been about developing entrepreneurs within creative industry

SA International Star “GP MaOrange” Zulu, Nyiko Sithole, Terrence Morgan & Mr Boikhutso Masipa were amongst facilitators of the workshops

With support of Greater Tzaneen Local Municipality, workshops became one of the best programmes from Touching Life

Touching Life has donated the fully furnished house to the needy family of the Maake’s at Khopo - Lephepane Village in Tzaneen under leadership of SAYM Executive Director Mr Muzwakhe Sigudhla.

We have built a beautiful home for a deserving family in need. This heartwarming project wouldn’t have been possible without the support of Greater Tzaneen Local Municipality, Acting Mayor Mme Sophie Raganya, Cllr Ralepelle, Cllr Mabitsela, LED and Communications Departments, CWP Site Manager Mr Joshua Nkgapele, Community of Lephepane Village and all support we received.

Five Family members of the Maake’s were living in one room house without a toilet and it felt inhuman, Touching Life had to step in and turn the Maake Family’s lives into reality and give them dignity they deserve as family.

CWP Participants played a very huge role as well in building the house as part of support led by Mr Joshua Nkgapele,

Your Impact in supporting and spreading the word about Touching Life Music Festival, you have helped provide shelter, security, and hope for this family. Your kindness has transformed lives and strengthened the livelihood of Maake Family.

Thank you for being a part of this incredible journey of Touching Life since 2022 to present, we are building brighter futures and stronger communities through Touching Life Music Festival.
