Why do we love soft play? 🌸It encourages gross motor play from young babies to older children. 🌸 Our children learn to problem solve and practice their balancing & coordination while having fun. 🌸We love creating opportunities for babies & children to learn through play.

When we were closing our studio at Rustic Timber, many people asked if they could buy our soft play set. This made us realise the demand for a soft play supplier in the Fourways area 🥳
We have put so much thought into our soft play to ensure it is water resistant, wipeable, has removable covers, can be used indoors or outdoors and has a strong density foam.

Unfortunately we have decided to cancel the event as we are just not getting the numbers we were hoping for.
Many of our instructors on the day are taking off time from their own studios and we have a minimum amount of clients required for the day. Many of my moms have asked for an event where their children can attend too. We will be going back to the drawing board and see what we can do.
We will be looking at a new date later this year 😊

“Hello Mommy!
I'm Shani, your transformation coach. I have been through the struggles you are currently facing, and I promise you I am here for you every step of the way.
Falling pregnant was the biggest blessing ever, and being able to give birth naturally to our little angel was also super empowering but also very tough. I struggled with postpartum depression which hit me hard as I had never experienced depression before that.
Working at the gym is my absolute favourite but going back to work after gaining all that weight was difficult. My confidence was low, I didn't feel at all like my old self and I was not happy with how I looked. I decided to book a photoshoot and work hard to transform my body but most importantly my mind and how I felt about myself.
5 months of hard work and counting my calories, sticking to the plan, and remaining disciplined, I found that I had lost 14kgs and tons of body fat, while still having good muscle tone and shape.
It was hard. The sleep deprivation doesn't help and breastfeeding also makes you so hungry. But I knew I couldn't continue like that.
So I did it. And I want to help you do it. Because you can. And you are allowed to want to feel sexy again. You should be a happy mommy and your happiness will affect the whole household.
So yes that's me. A normal mom. Who also struggles often. Mentally and physically. I have a degree in Human Movement Science, an Honours degree in Biokinetics and I’ve worked with people one-on-one for over 8 years. I am patient with my clients. I keep them accountable. I push them, but also give them love and help them understand what they are going through is totally normal. I am relatable and I know what I am doing. I am confident too and I like to remind women that they too can get their confidence back.”

As a mom of 2, Michelle has experienced the true highs of motherhood as well as the heartbreaking lows of pregnancy loss. The Play Studio community played an integral part in Michelle’s healing and she realised the true value of finding your own support village.
