Easy Breakfast
Creamy chicken Livers


Ingredients

Chicken livers 500g
Garlic
Onion
Bell peppers
Olive oil or any oil of your choice
Butter 100g
250g Heavy Cream (I used .za cream)
Spice of choice (used smoked paprika & spice)
Peri peri sauce ( I prefer 's periperi sauce )
Salt n Pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish

Method

Rub spice on your chicken Livers

Fry your Livers with oil . Make sure you Fry in batches, and do not over crowd the Pan as they will stew.
Remove and keep.

In the same pan.. add Butter , Fry onion ,garlic, and peppers 🌶
Add in your Livers, cream, and peri peri sauce add ,salt, and pepper.
Garnish
Serve with toast or anything you fancy..... it's your meal.. 😀

As a Caterer, I have spent hours threading Kebabs for larger functions.It was so tedious that we genuinely avoided doing them.

Now I discovered frozen Kebabs...This right here is a game changer.All you have to do is defrost ,add your prefered spice and seasoning , grill on an open frame or airfry... and then bast in your preferred sauce....

They do not stick to the grill.. the skin in between locks in the juices and best of all the sticks do not burn at all...

Where have you been My whole life... 😍😍😍
