Breaking of Yom Kippur Fast

Large Salmon sushi poke , Asparagus pie, Fillet on a bed of rocket with chimchurri sauce, Napoletana pasta with olives, capers and parmesan cheese, Pasta aglioi, Eggplant with pomegrant salad, Roasted marrow with saffron and ricotta salad, green salad and desert table with chocolate mouse and lemon meringue cheesecake as the high lights.

December is around the corner.. who would like yours truly to do some private chef events in their holiday homes on the coast?

Full knowledge of kosher if a requirement.
Pricing depends on menu and number of guests but would start at R3500 a meal (excluding ingredients). In the comments please leave your location and preferred dates if you’d be interested so I can get a sense where/ if most interest would be.
