Whether you’re a beginner or a kitchen pro, there’s something for everyone. I have over 30 classes with a duration of 90-120 mins taught from a home kitchen. Our lessons are designed to be informative and hands on, but easy-going so you can enjoy yourself while you learn. We also offer hands-on lessons at a location of your choice for celebrating special occasions – whether it’s a birthday, bachel

orette, kids’ party or corporate event. You can also buy gift vouchers for our lessons which make the perfect gift for your foodie friends. Cooking good food is one of the most important life skills you can learn. I honestly believe that anyone can eat better, and ultimately live better, if they have the right information and tools available to them. There'll be a whole bunch of fun and exciting lessons to choose from, including some designed especially for kids

Mexican bar …. Slow cooked brisket and chicken fajita. Make a taco or have a deconstructed plate

Burgers and pasta for the kids.. dare I say more “ big” kids then little ones ate the burgers (those home made buns and patties were irresistible if I say so myself 😊)

I have always been a fan of scallops.. but it’s not easy to find good quality scallops in jhb. These are from and make a great starter or a light summer meal.
Recipe 1: Roasted pepper harrisa scallop served with a fennel and lime salad

For those that know me know I LOVE Thai food! After watching latest season of chef table and seeing chef Nok and her beautiful Resturant I had to pop in from New York. I am glad I made the pilgrimage ! Outstanding flavors, excellent service and an autographed new recipe book to complete the night. Thank you Nok and team!!! 👌🏻❤️🔥🤤
We tried all the dumplings. Birds pleated and filled with cod, blue flowers with chicken and the multi colored ones mushroom.
Coconut rice starter.
Mains was pork belly, red curry tofu and river shrimp
Dessert Thai style Tiramisu

An unbelievable dinner .nyc. A 12 seater sushi counter with master sushi chefs straight from Japan.
Not one sign any where on the second floor of a non descript building for those in the know only! ( lucky I married well) 😊

OUTRAGEOUSLY good! Some of the items eaten include Ume trio and Hokkaido menu that included :
Yellowtail hand roll
Nagiri sea bass and ocean trout
Nagiri sea bream and Spanish mackerel
NAgiri hamachi yellow tail Japan and king salmon New Zealand
Nagiri Scallop baby yellow tail
Nagiri prawn and toro
Toro and picked radish hand roll
Salmon tuna yellow tail bowl

Ending the year with a happy full heart! Training is always the most difficult part of the job.. do I expect a lot YES! Do I give a lot YES! And this shows we are doing something right and we can create better chefs by having discipline and high standards

Breaking of Yom Kippur Fast

Large Salmon sushi poke , Asparagus pie, Fillet on a bed of rocket with chimchurri sauce, Napoletana pasta with olives, capers and parmesan cheese, Pasta aglioi, Eggplant with pomegrant salad, Roasted marrow with saffron and ricotta salad, green salad and desert table with chocolate mouse and lemon meringue cheesecake as the high lights.
