I was not lucky enough like most to be able to study photography, never mind being able to buy the equipment. I wanted to be the best and I wanted to know it all. I only started photography in 2013 after many, many years of hoping and wishing at the age of 26, a friend gave me the amazing opportunity to buy my first proper Camera and a working computer to do all my editing on. It wasn’t long befor

e I was out there taking photos and learning. A very good friend who runs Jessie Bird Photography took me under her wing a few times to try to help me. Unfortunately, not long after getting my Camera, I fell pregnant with my son and my photography was put on hold for a few years. While I was not out doing a lot of photoshoots, I spend a lot of time and money on videos and practicing my photography. In 2019, I took on my photography again and this time pushing it to be a full-time photographer. I do photography for the love of it. And my rates are never over the top, I seldom have a time limit on any of my shoots and try to make it as fun as possible. I love to get people comfortable before taking photos. While I love my creative shoots, I also love simple Maternity and Newborn shoots as well as Cake Smash Photos. I feel simple can be just as beautify as anything else. Have a look at my work and you can make up your own mind. We all find different things beautiful.

Last night I celebrated my 38th year of life with some incredible friends!!!
And what just totally blew me away, was without a second thought, my one friend grabbed my camera and switched it on and snapped this photo of Me dying of embarrassment... We won't get into the phones recording while everyone was singing happy birthday. .I'm not someone who likes being in front of a camera, infact I do what I can to never be infront of it, but I am trying to be real and Authenticly myself, I try hard not to worry about what others think of me. But I know who I am, and i know who I am working at becoming, I'm not going to be liked by everyone, But I am working my ass off to just like myself for the amazing women I am creating everyday!
That takes alot of work when you are a people pleaser like me. I will always be the first to build others up, but seldom see my own worth, only through amazing friendships I have formed this past year, have I been able to recognize that I am worthy of the same kindness I show others.
And while there are always a few who will try bring you down, I feel like this year ahead is going to be amazing. I'm so ready to do what I love, be who I am and just live this amazing life infront of me with a kind heart and thankful for every day I get to be alive. ♥

Our Story

I am a working mom, blessed with a beautiful son and backed by the support of a wonderful man.

Although I was unable to study photography as a profession it has always been my dream and passion and is something that I have always wanted to do.

At the age of 26 a friend gave me an incredible opportunity to buy my first proper camera and a working computer for the editing of my first attempts at photography - something I never dreamed would be possible but for which I had never given up hope.

A good friend from Jessie Bird Photography took me under her wing and provided guidance along the way and in a very short time I was out there experimenting and learning wherever possible.
