(I nominate my brother Nelson De Abreu. My brother has been through alot his whole life. Nelson suffers from Common Variable Immunodeficiency. He literally has to go for treatment once a month. Nelson uses his illness to empower his children and uses his own personal experience being a chronic patient to better the care his patients receive, but also empower his patients' parents through empathy and a better understanding of their children's illness and subsequent care. This is the reason why my brother deserves the Hamper... Very proud of you Nelson 😘😘)
