When I say that I have been waiting for this stunning set up for a while, I cannot stretch enough how excited I was to finally do this fabulous rainbow garland with some cute balloons on the side for the one and only Beautiful Penelopy! Thank you mommy .dp for trusting me and encouraging me all the way to this big day ! I absolutely adored every moment working with you and seeing all the love you have for Penelopy by doing so much for her to make this day special!
