Salted Caramel Mascarpone Mousse. Almond meringue cake (gluten free) layered with chocolate ganache, roasted chopped walnuts for crunch & luscious mascarpone mousse flavoured with Kahlua (shades of tiramisu). Topped with salted caramel, decorated with walnuts and chocolate shards.

Dark moist chocolate cake topped with a decadently rich,light, melt in the mouth chocolate mousse, then layered with a hazelnut chocolate ganache. Decorated with shards of chocolate bark marbled with dark and white chocolate, studded with roasted pecans and cashew nuts.
