Fallsway Events is an exclusive on site venue catering for functions of all types and sizes. We have hosted over a hundred weddings of all cultures with a guarantee of every event being distinctively unique from the other. We have also facilitated events for corporate clients such as banks, embassies and NGO's. We provide our clients a fully inclusive package which serves to convenience them in every possible way. We like our clients to have a walk in-walk out experience where everything is beautifully managed by our experienced events team through your choice. We have a strict no-alcohol policy and only allow in house catering. Our caterers are there so serve you with a variety of delicious food menus, drinks and tantalising tasty deserts. Also included within our rates are a full range of cutlery, crockery, tables, executive chairs, PA system, stage and table decor, servers and much much more.. We work on a policy of trying to provide everything you need for one price. Our rates vary according to the size of the function and can be enquired about through our contact details. Fallsway Apartments are very unique and in a class of their own. Standards are such that you will not find anything near it in the whole of Zambia, let alone Lusaka. Fallsway Apartments are beautifully furnished, professionally operated and meticulously serviced with attention given to every detail and design. Indeed our services are of exceptionally high standards and quality which will make your stay with us not only memorable but very very comfortable. Our prices INCLUDE ALL of the following services: 1) All the furniture in the apartment is exactly as shown on the website. (Hotel grade postuerpedic beds and mattresses. Top class dining and lounge furniture. All very strong, modern and newly made from beautiful hardwood mahogany timber). 2) A fully fitted modern kitchen with Granite tops. The kitchen is equipped with ALL necessary cutlery, crockery, utensils and appliances (stove, oven, fridge/ freezer, microwave oven, toaster and kettle.) 3) The bathrooms are very modern too. They are provided with toilet paper, soap, shampoo, body lotion and fresh towels on a daily basis. 4) There is tea and coffee facility in your apartment, also supplied on a daily basis. 5) Laundry is done for your personal clothing on a daily basis, free of charge. The linen in the apartment is also changed and washed twice a week. The bathroom linen like towels and bathmats are changed daily. 6) The entire apartment (including the kitchen mess) is cleaned everyday by our housekeeping staff including on the weekends and public holidays. 7) Our housekeeping staffs are highly trained, qualified and will go that extra mile to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. 8) The apartments are located in one of the safest areas of Lusaka yet even then we have 24 HR security from one of the most reputable security firms in the country. 9) There is a lovely swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas enclosed in a small fenced off area which makes it safe for the young ones. 10) There is a mini gym / fitness center on site. 11) The apartments are set in lovely landscaped gardens with lots of space and garden furniture for your perusal. There are also bar-b-que facilities and our staff will do the necessary arrangements for you to do the braii, upon your request. 12) There is 24hrs free wireless Internet with unlimited usage. 13) There is free DSTV in your apartment with a full bouquet of channels. 14) Free airport transfers upon arrival and check out are provided on request. 15) The apartments are very centrally located. They are in the close proximity of all five star hotels, shopping malls, embassies and international schools. 16) Being in close proximity of the shopping malls and food courts, you are able to order food over the telephone from the food courts, FREE of charge, right to your doorstep. 17) In Zambia we have lots of power cuts (load shedding of electricity). However, our apartments are located in one of the very few areas that never experience these electricity (power) cuts. In any case we have installed a generator set as back up power just in case we do get a power cut. The apartments are exactly as shown on the website (if not better) and all our services are mentioned on the website too. They are very new and modern and always in demand as there are no such quality apartments in Zambia.
