Important Announcement: Closure of Our Limousine Business

With mixed emotions, we announce the closure of our beloved limousine business, T Jensen Limousines Ltd, after nearly 8 years of dedicated service. This decision was not reached lightly, and we wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you who has been a part of our journey.

Over the years, we have had the privilege of serving you with the highest standards of luxury, professionalism, and commitment. Our fleet of luxurious vehicles has chauffeured countless memorable moments, from weddings and proms to corporate events and special celebrations. Your trust in us has been the driving force behind our success, and for that, we are truly thankful.

As we reflect on our journey, we must acknowledge the challenges that the transportation industry has faced, especially in recent times. The global landscape has evolved, and we must adapt accordingly. While this marks the end of an era for T Jensen Limousines Ltd, it also opens the door to new opportunities and ventures.

Our decision to close our doors was not an easy one, but we do so with a sense of pride for the exceptional service we provided and the memories we helped create. Our team members, who have become like family, have poured their passion into every ride and every interaction, and we extend our deepest appreciation to them for their dedication.

For those who currently hold reservations with us we will service the last client – September 30, 2023. Your satisfaction remains our priority even as we transition.

We are looking for a versatile and highly-organized "Operations manager”to perform administrative duties for senior management. In this role, you will be responsible for handling correspondence on behalf of managers. You may also be required to write proposals, create website and social media content. To ensure success as a personal assistant, you should exhibit excellent content creation skills and experience. Accomplished candidates are expected to be intuitive to the needs of the managers and work autonomously to provide customized administrative support.

Operations manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting to senior management and performing administrative duties.

• Edit and proofread written pieces before publication e.g., writing Proposals, essays

• Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content

• Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g., comments and shares)

• Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and responding to emails.

• Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.

• Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.

• Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.

Operations Support Assistant Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration or related fields

• 1-2 years of experience in creating content

• Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.

• Knowledge of financial accounting is an added advantage.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
