Chile One killer charged!

Annie M***a, the wife of late Richard Chileshe, alias Chile One, has been formally charged with murder.

M***a allegedly shot dead Mr Chileshe, the 42-year old jerabo kingpin and businessman, after a marital dispute on Saturday morning.

Mr Chileshe allegedly picked a quarrel with his wife when he arrived home in the early hours of Saturday. Consequently, the wife allegedly picked up a loaded gun and shot him dead.

“The victim sustained a bullet wound on the left side of his back where he was shot and the bullet came out on the right side of the chest.

COPPERBELT BUSINESS MAN CHILE 1 DIES, SHOT BY WIFE.

A prominent Copperbelt based Business man Chile 1 has died according to Information reaching this reporter.

Chile 1 Pate is said to have died in the early hours of Today (Saturday) after being shot by his wife.

Brief information obtained indicate that there was a marital misunderstanding that lead to the woman pulling the trigger.

Most times when we come across a post about someone committing su***de,we are too quick to call them cowards or say things like “everyone has problems” Sometimes suicidal people try to reach out to people they are close to but well they take their issues lightly or just brush them off,also we handle pain differently,you might have been in the same situation as someone and got out of it,but someone else might not get over it,let us not trivialize other peoples problems,let’s not make it a problems competition when people come to us,if you can’t listen or offer any help,it’s okay to say you’re unable to help,do not ignore and pretend to be all sweet when they’re gone,it’s very disgusting.

A mad man went to a certain retail grocery store with a k5 in his hand. Upon reaching the entrance, the security guard asked him "Ufuna chani"(what do you want). His response was, Nifuna kugula ma buns chifukwa namvela njala ( I want to buy buns because I am hungry)
The security guard chased him away and said kagule kwinango( go buy elsewhere).
Well, the mad man refused to go until the situation got the attention of the supervisor. He allowed the mad man to enter the store and bought him a loaf and a 2 litre bottle of juice.

Lesson:
1. Be empathetic: be able to understand and share the feelings of others. Being a mortal who gets hungry, the security guard was supposed to know how the mad man was feeling. Hunger is not a child's play.

2.Treat Customers equally: whether the customer is poor,rich, cleans toilets for a living or runs multinational company, give them the best service. The k5 in the hand of the mad man would not have changed value if it was in somebody else's.

3. Train everyone: Customer service is not a preserve for a particular type of staff in an organisation. Everyone needs it starting from the security guard all the way up to the CEO. It is evident that the security guard did not have such a skill or perhaps he just forgot to use it. Offer continuous Customer service training for it is beneficial to both internal and external customers.
