Beef Trotters Mixed With Beans:
Clean your pack of trotters and set aside. In your pot, add 3 bay leaves, 1 full onion, half green pepper, crushed garlic, salt and 1 tablespoon of black pepper, mild curry and water. Cook your trotters until they’re soft then fry them for 1-2 mins until they turn nice and brown. Add a packet of tomato paste and keep stirring then add your grated tomatoes and thickener. Add your already cooked beans and allow to simmer for 20-30 min. I served them with Kapenta , Katapa and Roller Nshima😋
