This is due explotation Zahara has claim to have face in DJ sbu and Thembinkosi “TK” Nciza record label.

In 2019, Zahara expressed Thembinkosi “TK” Nciza and DJ Sbu about not receiving royalties for her acclaimed debut album, "Loliwe," which sold over 500,000 copies and earned her numerous awards.

The album, released in 2011, garnered eight South African Music Awards nominations in 2012, winning three, notably Album of the Year. Within three days of its release, "Loliwe" achieved gold certification, marking it as one of South Africa's most significant debuts.

However, disputes arose with former TS Records executives Thembinkosi “TK” Nciza and DJ Sbu, leading to a public exchange of differing perspectives. DJ Sbu defended himself, asserting his journey of self-built success and denying any intention to exploit others for financial gain.

Even though Zahara died without seeing her millions of Rands from her album."💔💔
