Sweet and salty Hungarian slices
The dough is the same for both types.
Recipe
01 kg of wheat flour
03 cs of sugar
05 gems
01 cc of salt
01 xc of milk
10 g of organic yeast
Mix everything and let it stand for 15 minutes. Divide the dough into four equal parts, opening each with a rolling pin, leaving a finger thickness. After opening the dough, place the sweet or salty filling and roll it up like a roll. Cut the dough into two-fingered slices and bake.
Sweet filling
100 g melted butter or margarine
200 g of sugar
Take it to the fire for 02 minutes
Place this cream on the open dough and sprinkle with grated coconut. The cream can be replaced with milk or guava jam.
Salty filling
200 g of cottage cheese
02 cs of oregano
01 cs of chopped parsley
100 g of chopped olives
200 g of diced chicken bologna
01 peeled and seedless tomatoes in cubes
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
150 g chopped or grated musarel
Spread the cottage cheese over the dough and throw away the other ingredients. Mortadella can be replaced by sausages, salami, ground beef, palm hearts, mushrooms or broccoli.
