It’s almost been a week since I had THE MOST FUN at @thestudio17a with Gemma and these happy, loved up couples for Valentine’s Day! 🍸💕 An evening of assembling cheese platters, cooking gnocchi from scratch, sipping lovely wine, laughing a lot, and eating innnnnsanely delicious brownies ♥️

Prepping for my platter demo (the starter course), I was reallllly nervous - talking in front of people I don’t know is something way out of my comfort zone…. But I said yes to the challenge and I’m so glad I did!! Right off the block, the nerves were replaced with happiness - it was so rewarding seeing everyone having the best time together and eating their edible art with such joy! I loved doing the demo and couldn’t help but let go and thoroughly enjoy myself! Thanks, Gem, for making me feel right at home - I had the best time in your gorgeous space 🤩🙏🏼🍇
