Dear Valued Patrons,

We are thrilled to announce an exciting new development at SOGO- the formation of our very own social club! We have witnessed the incredible camaraderie and sense of belonging that has blossomed within our restaurant, and we believe it's time to take that spirit to the next level.

Our vision for the social club is to foster stronger inter-customer relations while also engaging in recreational activities on weekends. Additionally, we aim to give back to our community by actively participating in worthy social programs for the less fortunate.

We will soon announce a date for our inaugural meeting, where we can come together to discuss this exciting idea, select leaders, and lay the groundwork for our club's constitution. This meeting will serve as an open forum for everyone to share their thoughts, ideas, and suggestions. You are all invited.

Agenda for the Inaugural Meeting:

1. Introduction: Welcome, purpose, and goals of the social club.

2. Sharing Ideas: Open discussion on the activities, events, and initiatives the club can organize.

3. Leadership Selection: Nomination and election of leaders who will help drive the club's initiatives forward.

4. Drafting a Constitution: Collaboratively establish the guidelines, objectives, and structure of our club.

5. Future Planning: Set a timeline for upcoming events, discuss potential collaborations, and assign responsibilities.

6. Q&A Session: Address any questions or concerns from the attendees.

We believe that together, we can create an incredible apolitical community that embues our age old Zimbabweaness, cherishes friendship, sportsmanship, and giving back, indeed an opportunity to build lasting connections, make a meaningful impact, while having lots of fun along the way.
