What a great day yesterday. At Wellington, cooking for a valued regular client. Whole b***d out pig and two boneless pork legs from Campbelltown Centre Meats.
Cooked over Charcoal Kings charcoal. Lunch was superb. 🤤

It’s been a while since my last post but rest assured we are still catering. Today we are cooking a whole lamb with a little pork leg squeezed in too. Lunch will be delicious 🤤
