The last three days my daughter Mabelle and I have been teaching 21 couples for their deb ball on Friday. Yes that’s right, we meet these kids on Monday. We have 3 hours every day - Monday to Thursday. They have learnt 4 dances and formation. Last day tmw and they are doing very well…

A shout out to our amazing dancers for winning the studio cup last night in Corowa as well as second place in progressive teams. Everybody came out with top results in their events too. So proud of how all my students danced and doing what they love.

Hi peeps.... as you may know that Megan and I are involved with Stars of the Border again this year. We are training our own star partners to perform for charity. I have a table available until 18th March before the tickets go on sale to the public. Tickets are $150 each, which includes a drink on arrival, 2 course meal and the show. All for a great course. I have 13 seats available - if you'd like to part of team Sal & Glen, then please let me know asap. Sorry, I didn't realise the how much time we had. 😁

SINGERS WANTED

Country Hope, a local charity supporting kids with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses, are looking for singers to join our “On Key For Kids” campaign.

10 contestants will be teamed up with professional singers to perform a duet at a gala dinner in Albury, on Friday the 18th of November. Each team will be competing for the Best Performance, People's Choice and Highest Fundraiser awards.

The money raised through this campaign will help local families with seriously ill kids, by putting fuel in their cars and paying the bills that they just can’t afford while their child is in treatment.

So, if you can hold a tune and would like to support your local community, then get your expression of interest in today. Applications close on Monday 4th July.

After watching my students and their families work together as a team at yesterday’s ballroom comp, it made me so proud, as they helped partner each other, doing events they don’t normally, making heaps of finals and having fun the whole time! One of the perks of having a studio, is growing a dance family like what we have. Congratulations to all my students on their amazing results… kicking goals like always ❤️

On Friday Night we trained the most beautiful Deb ball with Albury District Debutante Balls
Albury district donate proceeds from the debutante ball to local charities, this Deb set asked to donate to Dolly’s dream, as Friday the 13th was do it for Dolly day.

….. We are please to announce tonight’s deb ball with Albury District Debutante Balls was our 100th deb ball since we started in 2010. It is always so much fun working with the kids and the deb organizers local and rural.

Thank you Rhianna for your assistance with this group of cool teens. Thank you Dianne & Rob for having us again - it is always a pleasure to be a part of your deb balls.

On top of everything, it is awesome to see that deb balls are still going strong in our community and creating forever memories for everyone.

Competition Appreciation Post!

On Saturday, we had our first comp since before the pandemic, and we are so proud of all our students in their events. They all went home with a trophy or ribbon.

I just love how they all team up and support one another on and off the floor. It shows what our studio is all about. Bring on the next comp! 😁
