Hi... its been a while since I have posted anything.
October last year I injured my back. I was unable to do anything for a couple of months. Slowly recovered but reduced my work load. I am no longer doing the farmers market but still operating at the high school which I love.
Apologies for delayed notice.
Sausage rolls still available at The Old Beechworth Gaol for anyone looking.... you can also msg me for personal orders... thanks for your understanding.

Update on Thursdays adventures.... Flew to Sydney for the Fine Food show and awards for the competition. Had a great time and really enjoyed the experience amongst the finalists. Obviously didn't come home with the trophy i have been chasing.... always next year 😀
Getting another gold has been an achievement. Thanks for everyone's support 😀

So excited.... it's a GOLD!
My Thai pork sausage rolls now go into the finals on Thursday.

Today my Thai pork sausage rolls will be released from the Old Beechworth Gaol...
Heading off to Sydney for the Official Great Aussie Pie Competition.
I have been working hard to perfect this recipe. Fingers crossed 🤞

Poke bowls available from the Old Beechworth Gaol today. A really healthy yummy lunch. Your choice .... vegetarian or add some poached chicken. The poppyseed dressing is amazing. Grab one and come and sit on the grass under the shady trees. Happy New Year everyone.

Silver for my three cheese and spinach

Silver for traditional Australian goulash pie.
Bronze for sausage roll.

Silver is above industry standards
Bronze is at industry standard.
So happy all my entries have been awarded.
