12 years ago the second gateway bridge was opened. This bridge is one of the top ten longest cantilever box girder bridges in the world. We had the privilege of helping with the grand opening of it with the supply of chairs, tables and marquees. Over 170,000 people were able to walk over it during the grand opening. This event is definitely in our top 10 🙌🏻

This event was held in the heart of the city and our market umbrellas were used to provide shade for the seated areas. Our market umbrellas are high quality, functional and fashionable. They are available in 2 colours which are natural (pictured) or black and they are 4.2m!

This was a corporate function at Riverbank Estate in Caboolture. This client asked for half clear roof and half block out roof with their marquee due to their event being held in the middle of a hot summers day.

No matter what part of the site you are in you will be surrounded by breathtaking scenery.This venue has 2 stunning ceremony locations, one near the lagoon and the other amongst the grapevines. They don’t just do weddings they also do private functions and events held in their unique function rooms. If you haven’t visited Sirromet yet we highly recommend you do, you won’t be disappointed.

It’s one month to Easter! Get in quick to book in your equipment for over the long weekend. We have everything you need from pop up marquees, eskies, cooking equipment etc. Even though we will be closed on the public holidays we will only be charging one day hires over this period. This event was for the launch of the new runway. Our weights, picket fencing, marquees, cooking equipment, tables, generators etc were used. What it took to get this event off the ground was incredible. It involved numerous site meetings, engineering reports, OH&S reports and exceptional teamwork between multiple vendors.

This event is definitely in our top 3 unique list.

To when we had constant sunshine! St Joseph’s College Terrace Longest Lunch - 1600 of our chairs, 54 of our market umbrellas and numerous wine barrels were used for this event.

Dear valued customers,

We hope everyone is doing ok and staying safe.
Our depot is open today but we are operating on skeleton staff. Majority of deliveries/pick ups have been suspended due to road closures etc but we are doing our best to get what we can. In regards to returns to our depot, please don’t stress if you can’t return your items to us today. We understand that there is a lot of suburbs flooded and a lot of road closures and we don’t want anyone doing unnecessary travel. So much of our beloved Brisbane is under water right now and we don’t know when this will end. We are thinking of everyone during this stressful time. Please look out for eachother and stay safe!

Check out our marquee that we put up at the Willowbank Raceway last weekend. There was little bit of rain but it didn’t damper the mood as we heard the site was told they will be receiving an $11 million grant to upgrade the venue! Huge congrats to the Willowbank team 👏🏻

Fish Lane Festival is a foodies heaven! So many drink and food options in South Brisbanes most iconic laneway. Our pagoda marquees and festoon lighting are our big ticket hire items for this event.
