It's been a while since my last post. I've been busy doing this work after hours while working full-time. But with Easter just around the corner, I'm going to close the shop for a week so that I can spend time with the family. Have a good Easter everyone!

E&L Designs is having a break. The last few months have been really tiring trying to do 2 jobs so both the Etsy shop and website are on holiday mode for a few weeks. I'll probably only reopen the website when I get back and leave Etsy on break for quite a while.

📣 UPDATE 📣
As some of you may be aware, I have started working full-time again. I've still been running this business after hours however, I need to make some changes so that I can still have a life outside of work. While I will still be offering everything on my website & etsy, I am unfortunately going to need to stop taking custom design orders as they take a large amount of time to design, get approval and create. The website has a large range of designs that I have built up over the years that will hopefully accommodate most people's needs. You will still be able to change the fonts, format, size and personalised information, I just won't be able to create completely new designs for you.

Hey everyone, it's been a minute since I posted because I've been super busy. I didn't get my holiday in March as I planned so instead I'm taking some time off over Easter. I'll be putting the Etsy shop on holiday today and the website soon after on Saturday. So get your orders in quick if you need them soon, otherwise, everything will be open again after Easter.

I feel like all I've been doing is sitting on this computer designing and trying to create listings and it feels draining.. it's very time consuming. But it's also a little bit fun, getting to use all of my cute graphics 🥰 Anyway, here is a sneak peek of one of the designs I'm working on - Teddy Bear Picnic 🐻.
I'm hoping to create a whole suite for each theme design - invitation, chocolate wrapper, pop top label, bubblewand & waterbottle.

I'm trying something new, I'm going digital! Very slowly, I'll be converting some of my chocolate wrapper designs into digital versions that you can purchase, then edit and print yourself. I'll also be creating corresponding label designs including water bottles, pop tops, bubblewands and more. I'll even do invitations. But I just need time to get them created.

The search for new sticker paper is not going well. The first sample has the same problem as my new stock - the foil just sticks to the whole page. The second paper isn't too bad but it leaves a lot of foil dust on the paper and I can't get it off. The E&L Designs Story

E&L Designs came from a simple hobby of designing and making beautiful things for my family. Every time I made something, people would always say “you should sell these” and eventually enough people convinced me that I should. The name E&L designs comes from my daughters initials so it is very special to me. I started off making lovely birth announcement posters from foil but so much has changed since I first started. My focus has shifted, mostly to beautiful custom made stickers (both printed and foiled), foiled wine labels, cards, tags, artwork and more.

I love doing custom designs so if you ever need anything, please feel free to contact me. I hope you enjoy seeing my designs.
