Living away from home and family, craving my mother's cooking and our traditional Middle Eastern food was why I was motivated and encouraged to learn how to cook. There, the journey with food began. I started trying different recipes, reading cooking books, watching TV shows, and learning from family members and friends. With time, I realised that the positive reaction to my cooking from my kids a

nd close friends was so fulfilling. I started my catering business in 2019 in Rockhampton, QLD which was a huge success. I love sharing and spreading the love of Middle Eastern cuisine with everybody and because food plays a massive part in our lives that's why I decided to bring the business with me when my husband and I moved to Bunbury, WA earlier this year. I am beyond excited to share this beautiful cuisine with you.

Which one of our homemade sambosas are you going to try first? The triangle one is made from a strip of pastry folded into a triangle shape. Dinner on Demand’s Story

My journey with food started when I first married my husband and moved to Sydney. Living away from home and family, craving my mother's cooking and our traditional middle eastern food was among the reasons I was motivated and encouraged to learn how to cook. There, the journey with food began. I started trying different recipes, reading cooking books, watching TV shows, learning from friends and of course older women in the family. With time, I found that people's positive reaction to my cooking, especially my kids and close friends (plus that smile of satisfaction on my husband's face) is so fulfilling.

Today, 26 years later I live in Rockhampton, Qld and food is still a huge part of my life. I was demanded by some friends to turn my cooking into a business. In response, Dinner on Demand was created. It is a new exciting, business with a unique approach to helping people enjoy home-cooked meals with their families. I am beyond excited to share my meals with you.
