When we expo, we expo hard😎 Even without trying, it's just a part of our DNA.
This year we showcased so many new and popular items.
Don't you love our new look TIMBER TABLES!!! 😍We're giving them some TLC and we're stoked with how they're coming up!
We were complimented on our new BAR however this one has been in circulation at our events for almost 10 years! Timbo takes very good care of it!
Tim made us some new BAR TABLES last year and these are proving incredibly popular this year!
We love how the ARBOR PIECE came up and cannot wait to use it at our first event next month!
The hunter green VELVET CLOTH was worth every penny! Textured cloths make such a difference!
Coloured and textured GLASSWARE really enhanced the tablescape.
Of course, all of our usual favourites made an appearance! Festoon Lights, Cable Reels and Tiffany Chairs!
We loved our colour coordinated site this year and plans are already underway for next year!

Handy as we may be with table decorations and some arbor arrangements, there's just some gigs that require a true professional! We were more than happy to demote ourselves to collection and outsource this one to our friend Bec from and make it a spectator sport! If you're headed to on Saturday you'll be able to see in person how this one turned out! Thanks Bec for lending us your expertise for the morning!

We're mostly loaded for the that we're exhibiting in this Saturday! As we prepare, we reflect on previous expos that we've attended or hosted and cannot believe that we've been on the expo circuit now for 15 years😎 We hosted our first showcase as Bundaberg Party Hire under a Marquee (see image) at Across the Waves soccer field opposite our old premises on Thabeban Street. We remember this one well, we set up 2 days ahead of time on Thursday with some of our industry friends. When we arrived for finishing touches Friday the locked premises had been broken into overnight and destroyed. We had to reset everything, have our mate camp through the night in preparation for our exhibit Saturday. Not the greatest start to our expo circuit life, happily though it's been much smoother sailing ever since! Pictured are some of our favourite display tables from years past!👌

Last October for the second year in a row we were privileged to once again be a part of the Milbi Twilight Table at the Bundaberg Botanical Gardens. We set these tables in under 2 hours and then popped back in the afternoon to place and light the candles and again that night to disassemble. It certainly appeared that all of the guests had a great night!

Dana and Zane had their reception last October at the Bundaberg Surf Life Saving Club! We set the tables with the basics (runners, candles, table settings for our entrees and mains) ready for them to place their lovely photo images and fresh florals. It's always great to work at this venue. Air-conditioned comfort with that VIEW! It barely feels like work!

The puts on the Intraclub Awards every year. Often this happens the day after prom week. Ainsley tends to trust us to nail the brief, so we get to play a little and bring out new items! These white mosaic charger plates are stunning! Our youngest event crew member was very excited to see his favourite PE teacher on the big screen as the guest speaker after her Olympic success!

We're definitely a little behind in our posting given this end of year party happened in October but better late than never. dropped in very spur of the moment due to circumstances beyond their control and made some fast decisions on some items to borrow for DIY. They borrowed some runners, jars with flowers, gold tealight holders with candles and foliage to add to their existing glassware. Didn't they do a fabulous job DIYing! All of our items are available for DIY which is great for the crafty person that doesn't want to be stuck with multiple items at the end of an event and for those on a budget.

Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year! We get to have so much fun! The ###X Christmas Party Races was exactly that. Thank you Shanyn and the team at Bundaberg Race Club Inc. for having us this year. We can't wait to see what next year might bring!

Christmas party season is in full swing and we were so happy to be able to take on additional Christmas styling events this year! Acorn Child Care Centres had a Country themed Christmas party. It needed to vibe Merry Christmas without saying Merry Christmas so we added gold to rust and timber colour scheme! I’m sure a great night was had by all once more at Brothers Sports Club Bundaberg!

As our prom photos come to an end for the year and before we get our Christmas spirit on tomorrow… we’d like to take a second to appreciate Ainsley who under her various hats with Brothers Sports Club Bundaberg and Event Networx and more, has had the pleasure of our company for many events this year but in some serious bulk in November!
“Prom+” week was massive for us and hasn’t run that smoothly in several years. We were able to communicate with Ainsley ahead of time so she could understand what was needed at our end to ensure back to back successful events. Her superpower honestly was time management. Having everyone stay out of our way so we could do our thing in a timely and efficient manner so that they could do the same at their end when it was ready. We weren’t rushed and had the time needed to do our best work!
Thank you Ainsley for all that you do for us under your impressive collection of hats 🤠!

The St Luke's Bundaberg prom happened a couple of weeks ago now. Didn’t Kirstine and her students make fabulous design choices when they visited us in store earlier in the year? The Brothers Sports Club Bundaberg came up an absolute treat once again! We’re very privileged to make that 8 in a row! Thanks for having us once again!

This week boils down to decorating for 620 guests across 5 events and catering for 335 guests across 4 events…. So as we begin a huge weekend here’s a quickie sneak peak at the Bundaberg State High School formal from last night to tide you over until we can formally post next week!!!

Ability Ball 2024!!! 550 people, 550 chair covers! All styled in 5 hours! Shaved 30 minutes off of last year’s time!

On Wednesday it took a little longer to load the truck with a little helper that stayed home "sick" from school! I think she was having a lend of mum!

Is there anything better than a grazing table?

We were thrilled to bring this arbor to The Waves for their bursary breakfast! Sah pretty!!!

Gosh we love to deck out this venue! Riverside Retreat!

The best gigs are then ones where the bride and groom haven’t even seen the decor and wholeheartedly trust you to do their job! Rust with black and gold accents together with the overcast weather create this bold, moody vibe that we can’t get enough of.
