2025 GOALS

Let’s start with 2024…

It was a massive year of change and uncertainty. This year I opened up a second studio in the Central Coast and after a few months of travelling between the two, I had to make the tough decision to keep or let go of the Sydney studio (Formerly Unique Bridal Collection). After weighing up the pros and cons, I decided on the latter, because ultimately, I can provide a bigger range and offer a better one-on-one fitting experience from the new location. The word quickly spread and before I knew, I had 100, 150, 200 and now, 10 short of 250 bookings in the system 🥳

Going into the year, my goals were:

1. Establish the new studio and brand
2. Offer a bigger selection of styles and brands
3. Provide excellent customer service
4. Expand sample sizes to include bigger sizes

I am beyond ecstatic that I have achieved all these goals 🎉

So, what happened to Unique Bridal Collection?

The brand still exists and is exclusively stocked by Brides of Central Coast 🌟 In addition, the Unique Bridal Collection Luxe range was also launched. The difference is the price range - Unique Bridal Collection’s price range is under $1000. Unique Bridal Collection Luxe’s price range is $2000 and under.

2025 will be another big year…

Processes will be a big focus. I have identified that the samples we have and sample availability is not clear, despite it being listed on the website. I need to find a better/clearer way for clients to know which styles are available in studio.

Just to reiterate:

* We have 380 dresses listed on the website
* We have almost 200 of these in stock in a sample size (usually only one sample per design)
* The rest of the styles are available on order only, meaning, we don’t have a physical sample in the studio to show you
* Some styles are still in progress and their ETA’s are indicated on the website

Also:

* Our samples can be purchased off the rack, so, there may be a delay between selling the dress off the rack and updating the sample availability on our website.
