The Grazing Trail can not wait to be part of The All Seasons Wedding Expo in Bendigo for the 3 rd year in a row. We are delighted to be showcasing our Grazing Hampers, Breakfast Hampers, Individual Pre Dinner/Cocktail Grazes and of course our Custom Cookies.
It’s a great day with beautiful canapés and flowing bubbles.

How absolutely gorgeous is this calidescope of bright happy colors on a Winters Day. How can you not want to smile at these little glories.
As much as l love creating Grazing Hampers to showcase small batch Artisan producers as well as play with cookies and sweet treats nothing brings me more joy in my business than being able to go out in to the garden and finish off creations with home grown herbs, flowers and fruits. I was very lucky to be gifted these Blood Oranges in which l am dehydrating for future Hampers but can’t wait until all our Summer fruits are in abundance. Citrus is just not something lve been able to master on this property yet.

Our 1KG Cookie Cake doesn’t get much better than this. Square, Round of Heart shaped they all look gorgeous and this beauty was topped off with beautiful edible flowers to match Grants fave colors.

Our Cookie Cakes are becoming quite the popular little thing whether you go for the almighty 1KG Big Bopper or a 500 grammar like this sweet little thang you can’t go wrong, especially if warmed up with a dollop of Ice Cream. Happy Days.

Exceptional service, care, value & quality. Can’t recommend this highly enough. I wanted to get a hamper at short notice as a special family lunch was cancelled due to illness.
Danielle went above and beyond & found a way to make this happen, and the platter was packed with delicious local Heathcote produce. She even added a personalised message on a cookie for the birthday girl - her own suggestion. I love this. Genuine care.
The care, effort and quality have blown me away, and the happy recipients say it’s a bit less like genteel grazing, and a bit more like non nom nom chomping/stuffing. How a great hamper should be.

With the current state of the economy every little bit counts in my household therefor why throw out the off cuts. It’s such a first world problem isn’t it when your family are sick of the off cuts or abstract cookies or slices so we thought we would start to offer them as snack boxes which in my mind really is a no brainer for a sneaky lil treat in the kids lunch box. So come on down to Nagambie Farmers Market at Tahbilk Winery on Sunday to grab yourself a bargain.

Come on down to Nagambie Farmers Market on Sunday at the gorgeous Tahbilk Winery and check out our new stock. Yes we have our Loaded Cookies, Old Skool Cookies and Minis which are proving to be a hit for School lunches but on Sunday we will also introduce Crunchie Slice, Malteser Slice, Lotus Fudge Slice ,M& M Rice Crispy Slice, Peanut Clusters as well as raw and baked Coconut Macaroons. In the coming months we are hoping to expand our repot-ire even further and create some delicious savoury biscuits to pair perfectly with a glass of Vino and your fave cheeses.

It’s not often l create a post related to personal topics unless lm very passionate about its cause or it supports another small businesses/ Food Artisans and Artists. Well this beautiful young lady is very close to my heart. Louise Macgregor @ louise_macgregor_ music and l worked together in ABI services just over 16 years ago and were pregnant with our first babes at the same time. I loved following Louise’s musical journey over the years but unfortunately we lost touch. When we moved to Heathcote 6 years ago the universe bought us back together somehow as she resides not far from us and in an instance we were reconnecting. Louise teaches children her Art as well as shares her amazing vocal ability throughout the Goldfields and Yarra Valley at Pubs, Wineries, Cider Houses and Markets just to name a few. This picture is on a tram in Bendigo.
I wanted to take the time to share Louise’s music with you all as she has announced that she has been accepted for an Artist in residence placement in France in 2025 and l am just so very very proud of my friend and would love to see more people introduced to her beautiful musical talents. I am also honoured to have Lou performing at my Birthday later in the year. So jump on her Insta or Facebook, have a listen and if you love her as much as l do share the love with others. 🙏❤️

Ohhhh if only you could smell these Mini Biscuits….sooo fresh and buttery. This weekend we launch some delicious new products. We will now be stocking Mini Biscuits that can be purchased individually or in a bulk buy to save you some cash. They are the perfect size if you are like me and can’t get through a whole Biscuit and just want a little cheeky treat. We will be starting off with Choc Chip, Choc Chip Hazelnut, Pistachio White Choc & Rosewater as well as Pistachio White Choc & Orange Zest.
We truly hope you enjoy these tasty lil morsels.
Friday fun fact: Cookies are designed to be a little crunchy on the outside and soft and gooey on the inside.
Biscuits are designed to be less moist inside therefor are often crunchier throughout.
Since we introduced our Old Skool Corn Flake Cookies they sold out within an hour so yes we will have them at Violet Town Market Saturday and Avenel Market Sunday!

Come on down to sunny Violet Town Market on Saturday. The sun will be shining and the glorious trees around the oval are stunning this time of year. It will be a bumper market being a long weekend.

Mrs Grazing Trail (aka Dan) is now going to retire for the evening with a nice glass of Prosecco and reflect on the highlights of the past 3 years. Heres to the next 3 and some exciting new developments. 🥂🥳

Come on down to Colbinabbin Silo Art Trail next Sunday and support this fantastic community fundraising event. The Grazing Trail will be there with our Vintage Van offering Mini Grazing Hampers as well as our Cookie stall with custom cookies, loaded cookies and paint your own cookies for the kids to enjoy. There are amazing Wineries attending and Wilbur Wilde will be banging out the tunes with his Trouble Makers. Hope to see you there!

The O’Keefe Challenge was on last weekend and what a way to relax after a long hard day…picking up a bottle of local Vino and ordering a medium Trail Grazer. Quite often customers don’t realise how many other local or regional small batch producers/ artisans are supported when a Hamper is ordered. It’s not often The Grazing Trail will post anything very personal or close to our hearts but today in Australia a number of us have in the forefront of our minds the horrible reality of Youth Homelessness! Is is absolutely heart wrenching that children as young as 12 do not have a safe place to live. On my way home the other afternoon l heard of HoMie.com.au on the radio who have an awesome initiative happening where if you purchase a Hoodie a young homeless person will also receive one. If it’s your first purchase you will also receive 10% off with a code. I worked in the Homeless sector a long time ago and it was hectic then but now with our affordable private rental shortage it’s virtually impossible for a young person to gain private rental and the shortage of Transitional Housing is terrible. So lm reaching out to my small amount of followers around the world to jump on HoMies website .HoMie.com.au to have a look at purchasing a Hoodie For Homeless or possibly sharing this amazing initiative with friends family and work colleagues.
Stay Safe Well and Warm wherever you are but many of our Homeless Youth don’t even know what that feels like. Share the love if you can Thank You 🙏❤️

The Grazing Trail love delivering Gourmet/ Fruit & Breakfast Hampers to our Brides and it allows us also to wish them well on their very special day. Thank You to all the Brides and families that have supported us and to Mitchelton Winery for promoting our small business with guests.

It’s is with much sadness but after many many months of decision making The Grazing Trail has decided we will no longer be able to offer Grazing Hampers from our gorgeous Vintage Van at Nagambie Farmers Market. It breaks our hearts as we know how much many of you love the Hampers and Kids Grazing we offer but with ongoing pricing increases for quality fresh produce we just don’t feel we can pass on the increases to our customers. This being said we will continue to support small batch Artisan producers and Farmers through our Grazing Hampers just not at Nagambie Farmers Market. On a brighter note we will be at Nagambie Farmers Market at the ever so beautiful Tahbilk Winery but with a whole new Cookie stall so pop on down next Sunday for some decadent cookie indulgence. Loads of Easter goodies on sale also.

As most of our followers would know when l first started The Grazing Trail l created a gorgeous Watermelon tiered cake….well here is the second edition. Two or three tiered Mini Melon Cakes complete with home grown chocolate mint and edible flowers. Perfect for a balmy Heathcote evening like tonight’s and a fantastic pairing with your fave icy cocktail or ice cold bevy.

Valentines Day is just around the corner so these gorgeous custom cookies will be available at Violet Town Market on Saturday and Avenel Market Sunday.
