During the School Holidays, Let's Go Glamping Party Hire will be offering a Family Outdoor Cinema Night Special! 😘

This will be heavily discounted from our usual cinema packages.

👉 We deliver and set up the Cinema Experience in your very own back yard
👉We will arrive the next day to pack it down for you
👉The entire process will remain contactless, and staff will be equiped with Hand Sanitiser and Anti-Bacterial Wipes for your safety

Due to the impact of COVID-19 on our lives, the school holidays will not be filled with the usual adventures, but that doesn't mean they have to be boring!

Note: We are adhering to the current travel restrictions in place, and will therefore only be able to offer this deal to the Leeton area.

‼️ COVID-19 UPDATE ‼️

To all my Glampers!

Wow, I can’t believe how absolutely crazy the world has been!

With the current Corona-crazy situation, I am bringing to you an update for all those currently booked in, and those who are planning to book for the future ahead!

As you are all aware, COVID-19 (Coronavirus), was declared by the World Health Organisation on Wednesday 11 March 2020 as a Pandemic.

This has really not been an easy decision to make, and is not in anyway ideal. But I feel a great sense of responsibility for my customers and a duty of care to you all, as a business owner.

Advise from NSW Health and the Murrumbidgee Local Health District has currently stated to:

- Avoid crowds and mass gatherings
- Avoid small gatherings in enclosed spaces
- Keep a distance of 1.5 meters between yourself and others

These small pieces of advise are some amongst many, and I believe to stop the spread to our regional communities that they are a necessary action to take.

Unfortunately Glamping is a small gathering mainly involving being close to others in a small space.

Currently, I personally feel uncomfortable bringing people together at this point in time, and will be asking anybody who is booked into the next 3 months (March, April, May) to postpone to a future date.

All deposits and monies paid will be transferred to your new date and booking.

If you decide to cancel, then our standard general booking terms will apply.

At this stage we will still continue to take bookings from the end of June onwards. Those who are currently booked in and will need to postpone will have first date preference.

I will be continuously staying up to date with the latest COVID-19 updates and government actions!

We ask our customers to please look after themselves and others also. Remember to maintain good hygiene. If you are feeling unwell then please follow state health advice x
