Mobile High Tea or High Tea Picnics for all occasions. Wake Catering and Corporate Morning teas. We set the tables, we serve and we clean up.

We are a mobile high tea, morning tea and picnic service, operating in the Lismore, Ballina and surrounds, and all the food is home cooked. High Tea can be used for Wedding Receptions, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Birthdays, Little Princess Parties, corporate morning teas and the list goes on. Fundraising events are our specialty, really enjoy theming the event. Our packages include Fine China,

Linen, Silverware, Table Centers, Gourmet Food and Boutique Tea. All you need to do is supply the tables, chairs, guests and alcohol if you desire. WAKES :- Home cooked food, delivered, served and packed up on completion. We make it easy for your to celebrate the life of your loved one. Corporate morning teas will be quoted separately, depending on requirements. Catering only option available. Morning tea boxes can be ordered as gifts to your staff or for a special occasion. Romantic Picnics with old fashion picnic baskets. Want to enjoy a special occasion or maybe even pop the question. Group High Tea picnics set up at your location with low tables, cushions and china. Everything supplied, and set up for your convenience. We will return to pack down. For groups of over 20 we can cater for a lunch or dinner with our picnic style buffet. All the food is presented as individual serves and wrapped separately. Salads and sweets are presented in glass jars. Buffet will be set up with tiered trays. Guests will have a picnic box to go to the buffet and select what they would like to enjoy. Picnic buffet can be set up inside a hall, or outside at a beautiful location. You have the choice of using tables and chairs or picnic blankets or a combination of both.

To all of our followers.
First of all High Tea Ladies, wish to thank everyone that has supported our business over the last 13years. It has been an absolute pleasure providing our service to the community. It was our motto to exceed expectations, and hopefully that is what we did. It was always lovely seeing the surprised faces when we set up for that special occasion.
It is time now to close our doors, due to some family issues, and to allow me the time to move forward in whatever direction I decide to go.
We do have some booking through to the end of the year, which we will honour. So if you have a booking, do not fear, we will still be there with all of our crockery, food , service etc., but we will not be taking any new bookings at all.

Once again thankyou to everyone who used our services over the years.

Our dedicated team set up a High Tea for a Memorial on 25th Jan. at the city bowling club.
A couple of photos of the set up, to give you an idea.
It was set up buffet style for the guests to help themselves to the food a d make their own tea.

Scones, ribbon sandwiches - sweet potato, cream cheese and mango chutney and roast beef and horseradish.

Chicken, cranberry and bri tartlets
Beef wellingtons
Blue cheese and maple walnut tartlets

Ginger cheesecake
Individual berry and Mascarpone trifle.

Hope everyone enjoyed Xmas and New Year with family and friends. We were lucky enough to be able to catch up with a lot of immediate family, hopefully a big catch up next year.
After a bit of a break we are up and running again.
A decision has been made to not do Picnic High Teas any longer, so our services are now Mobile High Teas, Wake Catering, and Corporate Morning Tea.

Merry Xmas Red Hatters, Casino.
What a lovely group of ladies, enjoying life at Casino Lifestyle Village.
This group had their Xmas party today. They celebrated with a High Tea, with champagne, on arrival and red and white wine served throughout the event.
Menu
Ribbon sandwich
Turkey and cranberry sauce and cucumber and minted cheese.
Savouries
Mint and pea frittata topped with smoked salmon,
Bilini topped with Mascarpone cheese, fig and prosciutto.
Goats cheese tomato and thyme quiche.
Sweets.
Hazelnut and berry slice.
Xmas pudding
Xmas trifle.

A beautiful wake yesterday at Maranoa Village Alstonville for a treasured member of the family.
My ladies Denise and Bronwyn did a lovely job, thankyou and look they even took photos.

It was a absolute pleasure meeting you, your daughter and of course your husband today.

Another satisfied customer. This was catering for a Memorial .
Food was delivered in disposable boxes, and the family could display the food on the tables when they were ready.

scones, sandwiches, savouries and lemon curd tartlets.
sandwiches :- chicken tarragon with flaked almonds, egg and lettuce, cucumber, cream cheese and smoked salmon.
savouries:- pea and mint frittatas topped with proscuitto, and some topped with sun dried tomatoes.
pumpkin and haloumi tarllets and onion and sour cream tartlets.

Adult packages start from $26 per head and go up to $50 per head for our delux package. Children parties start from $17 per head and go up to $20 per head. Corporate morning teas will be quoted separately, depending on requirements. Catering only option available. Morning tea Packages start from $5.50 per head. GOURMET PICNICS - Wedding Receptiions, Company Picnics or a Romantic Picnic to pop the question. Picnics presented in the old fashioned picnic baskets, or set up Buffet Style with Decor.
