the wedding that FINALLY came!

After 12 years of engagement, 3 postponements and the wedding venue closing down, we finally did it!

Laurie and Marty got to have their perfect day with their nearest and dearest in the most beautiful intimate backyard wedding.

Congratulations to this beautiful couple, who show that not only does love last through all those hurdles but only gets better!

There is a lot behind the scenes you may not see, well you will definitely not see! On the day you will have your ceremony and certificates as a memory, I will have the pleasure of capturing another love story.

Hello!
Let me introduce myself;

- My name is Kayla, I became a civil celebrant not long after I got married myself. I loved the idea that I could be that person who could be apart of a couples most happiest day of their life.

- By day I’m a theatre nurse and couldn’t imagine myself anywhere else!

- I love to travel, that could be away camping or in my favourite country Italy eating all the delicious pasta and gelato!

- I’ve lived on the Peninsula for the past 4 years and don’t think I will ever leave!

- I have 2 Labradors, both who are special needs, one who thinks he is a rabbit and hops!

- I have a 1.5 year old son, who most definitely keeps me on my toes too.
